My Story

I have been on a bit of a journey in my adult life, learning from the variety of opportunities that I have been fortunate to have experienced. This has helped me to develop a growth mentality, recognising that all things we experience make us stronger and increase our ability to adapt.

I began my journey by completing a degree in Theatre Studies where I acquired some valuable transferable skills, built confidence and developed a sense of critical review that I still use in all aspects of my life.  After spending some time working in retail management, I decided to have a career change and began my nursing education. After 13 years working clinically in various disciplines and at most levels, I embarked on a journey in research and academia. Having lectured in Children's Nursing for 12 years, my coaching and facilitation skills have been honed and this has positioned me well to work with people on more personalised goals.

I have been a runner as long as I can remember, running both individually and with many running clubs over the past 35 years. I am an ultra marathoner and have complete 100 mile races, which takes determination, strict adherence goals but also humility.

I am a dad to a child with a complex neurotype and have developed strong communication; centring affirmation and adaptability at the core of my interactions with the complex neurology of individuals we encounter daily.

My absolute joy in life is about nurturing potential and developing people to achieve their dreams and goals. I hope that you can join me on a journey of discovery and performance potential. You can't afford to pass up this opportunity.
